We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist who combines creative design expertise with a strategic marketing mindset. This is a full-time, on-site role based in East Rochester, NY. You will collaborate across departments and brands—Toyota, Nissan, Chevrolet, and Pre-Owned—to support marketing initiatives through compelling visuals, content, and campaign execution.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Design digital and print marketing assets, including social graphics, email campaigns, direct mail, web content, and showroom signage

  • Design specific assets for organic and paid social, Google Search and PMAX campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on developing integrated strategies and campaigns across the entire Hoselton complex

  • Assist in writing and optimizing content for websites, email, and advertising platforms

  • Ensure brand consistency across all dealership marketing channels

  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a high-energy environment

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (in-house or agency preferred) this is a must

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus)

  • Experienced with all social media platforms (content creation and ad campaigns)

  • Understand how to navigate traditional and digital media purchasing

  • Excellent employee and customer satisfaction skills

  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and digital platforms

  • Strong organizational skills with a drive to execute and deliver high-quality work

  • Experience in automotive marketing is a plus, but not required

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Designing digital and print marketing assets including social graphics, email campaigns, direct mail, web content, and showroom signage;
  • Maintaining the look and feel of the Hoselton brand;
  • Design specific assets for organic and paid social, Google Search and PMAX campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on developing integrated strategies and campaigns across the entire Hoselton complex;
  • Assist in writing and optimizing content for websites, email, and advertising platforms;
  • Ensure brand consistency across all dealership marketing channels;
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a high-energy environment;

  • WORK SCHEDULE

    Monday through Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm) and occasional Saturdays for special events, as needed. Additional coverage/flexibility when needed. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. Lunches as required by the New York State Wage and Hour Law.
