Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for a Service Advisor with an outgoing personality to join our service team!
 

As a Service Advisor you will be the interface between the customer and technician, estimate the cost and time needed to do repairs, check on work/update customers throughout the day, obtain customer approval to do additional work than originally requested up arrival, and explain the work performed.

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time schedule, typically Monday-Friday during our hours of operation and a Saturday rotation. No Sundays!
• Compensation potential is in the $45,000 - $75,000 range, based on experience level

A typical day in the life of a Hoselton Service Advisor… (ANSWERING PHONES & MAKE STATUS CALLS IN BETWEEN)

• Greet the customer with a warm welcome
• Write the customer up
• Send the vehicle to the technician
• Check on the vehicle and keep the customer updated
• Check the customer out and thank them for their business

You Must...

• Our ideal candidate will have either Sales or Dealership experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus!
• Enjoy working with our customers, be organized and professional
• Be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the U.S. and able to successfully complete a drug screen
