Job Summary

We are seeking a Service to Sales Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building relationships with service department customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them toward vehicle purchase opportunities. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, persuasive, and passionate about the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with service department customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
  • Educate customers on new and pre-owned vehicle options, promotions, and financing plans.
  • Follow up with service customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage future sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless transition from service to sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field (automotive experience preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive fields a plus.

SUMMARY

The Loyalty and Engagement Representative will be responsible for executing the service to sales program and ensuring increased Customer Satisfaction, Retention and Loyalty. Success can be measured by the number of Service to Sales customer conversions, Extended Service Contracts and Maintenance Plans sold and the stores TLE and CSI scores.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Loyalty and Engagement Representative is responsible for the following:

  • Identify customers coming into the Service Department that may be eligible for a new vehicle or vehicle protection product.
  • Ensure service customers are notified of their eligibility of programs, as well as follow up with customers after their visit.
  • Help lead all customers through each transition point throughout the process, working with both the Sales and Service teams.
  • Assist the service department in increasing TLE and CSI scores by helping greeting customers in a timely and professional fashion, providing a concierge experience, identifying problem customers and working to get the right people involved to remedy the situation and improve customer data input.
  • Excelling at individual KPI measurements for the process.
  • Creating meaningful notes in client’s profile in CRM for continuous relationship building
  • Staying current, complying with, and communicating all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to sales and finance operations as appropriate; and
  • To assist in ensuring all Hoselton guests experience exceptional customer service.

A sales/service employee may be exposed to:
