Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000, based on experience.
This position is a full-time, day shift Mon-Fri, and requires you to work on-site here in East Rochester, NY.

We're looking for a Digital Content & Campaigns Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. If you're creative, organized, and passionate about all things digital - from content to analytics - we want to hear from you.
Position Summary:
The Digital Content & Campaigns Specialist plays a key role in supporting and executing digital strategies across websites, email marketing, social media, paid ads, and more. This role works cross-functionally with all departments to ensure a consistent, optimized, and compelling brand experience across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and PPC.
- Maintain and update multiple dealership websites to ensure all content is accurate, timely, and optimized for SEO.
- Write and edit marketing copy for digital platforms including social media, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Create, manage, and respond to online customer reviews and coordinate follow-up with department managers.
- Monitor site performance; fix broken links, outdated content, and errors on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Manage PPC campaigns (retargeting, Google, Meta) in-house or with vendor support; adjust and report on performance.
- Track digital metrics through Google Analytics, CRM tools, and social media platforms; deliver actionable reporting.
- Manage intranet content for internal employee communication.
- Stay informed on current digital trends, tools, and technologies and make proactive recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Proficient in CMS tools (WordPress preferred), Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms
- Experience with PPC advertising and Facebook Ad Manager
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and website best practices
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Familiar with CRM systems and customer list segmentation
- Familiarity with design and editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, video editing tools)
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate with various teams
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS is preferred
- Familiarity with interface design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) is a plus
