Hoselton Auto Mall is looking for an Office Administrator to join our Car Rental Office team!
This is an awesome opportunity to gain and fine tune administrative skills while working with a growing shop! Tons of opportunity to learn and grow!
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm; NO WEEKENDS!
- Compensation: Hourly rate (Negotiable based on experience)
What does a Car Rental Office Administrator do?
The Express Rental Office Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and completing administrative tasks to help Express Rental and Body Shop teams run smoothly and efficiently.
- Express Rental Duties:
- Enter rental contracts into the system
- Submit insurance rentals for reimbursement
- Website updates
- Assist with keeping the cars clean, handling face-to-face customer interactions and handling monthly vehicle exchanges
- Customer Service Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Follow up with customers with vehicle status updates
- Bring documents to the office
- General Administrative Duties:
- Receive and process cash, check and credit card payments
- Provide basic information to incoming callers, take thorough messages and follow up in a timely manner
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise; referring the customer to the appropriate individual for further communication
- Assist with overall office organization, filing, mailings, general housekeeping and other administrative projects
- Perform Carco Inspections as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed
You Should Possess:
- Some Rental experience is beneficial, but not required
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- High motivation, work ethic, and enthusiasm
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license

POSITION SUMMARY
The Express Rental Administrator is responsible for providing excellent customer service and completing administrative tasks to assist Express Rental, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota and Body Shop teams run smoothly and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Express Rental Administrator is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
- Express Rental:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner
- Follow up with customers with updates
