Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide customers into the sale process as they appear in the store.
- Help customers find a vehicle which meets their needs by using current inventory sheets.
- Enhance the sales process by demonstrating vehicle features.
- Support customers in the completion of their sales applications.
- Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management.
- Help management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
- SMILE !!!
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections.
- Quality customer service skills and sales track record.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office and proprietary sales programs.
- Persistent, competitive and great work ethic.
